WE ARE 3D BURN and we provide physical fitness training in London and online for you to reach your personal goals regardless of your fitness ability. 

From courses to classes, we’re here to support and empower you on your health journey in a caring and encouraging environment. Providing you with the skills and knowledge to grow with or without us.  

Established in 2015 in London, our fitness programmes are for all kinds of goals - whether that be fat loss for better health, muscle definition, improved strength and stamina or understanding how to better look after your body. We provide our clients with the pathway to achieving total fitness that works around busy lifestyles. 

We offer group personal training courses and drop in classes that provide individual support across workouts, mindset and nutrition. These classes are designed to push you to your physical limits and reach your desired goal. So you can live healthier, move better and flourish.

3D Burn Fitness Courses

Our all round fitness courses are fire. Now with multiple locations available at different times throughout the day, they are perfect for someone looking for a fitness routine without a gym commitment. We combine body strength, stamina, flexibility, cardio, challenges, hiit and nutrition in a carefully structured fitness programme to suit all abilities and needs for 4,6, or 8 weeks at a time. Join us for the next course, you wont regret it!

Dance Fitness

Dance yourself fit and happy with our drop-in dance fitness classes for a total body cardio workout. Move, groove and shake with sweat-sational blocks of dance cardio, fused with hard hitting toning exercises to really ensure you feel the burn. Easy to nail choreography to get you pumped and feeling uplifted and follow along style exercises for all levels. No prior dance experience required, so come and let your hair down with us!

Body Conditioning

Turn up the heat with our quickfire drop-in body conditioning classes. Designed as a head to toe workout, targeting both major and accessory muscle groups, work through fun and functional exercises to enhance your strength, stamina, alignment, and control. Intense resistance guaranteed to deliver that muscle tingling burn! All levels welcome.

Grace

FOUNDER
instructor

Grace is a professional dancer and the founder of 3D Burn. Due to the physical demands of her dance career she understands what a body needs to do in order to stay in tip top condition. She has been a long time health and fitness advocate and started 3D Burn to educate and teach the importance of core strength and flexibility in total fitness. Her years of experience with dance give her the perfect building blocks to really shape your body and reach your goals. 

CLAIRE

DIRECTOR

Claire trained and worked as a performer, before making the move into the fitness and wellness sector. With years of experience teaching dance fitness, strength and HIIT style classes, her main focus is unlocking untapped potential. With a strong passion for endurance running, Claire knows how to make cardio fun and seeks to link the mechanics of exercise to every day life. Here to help release endorphins and support you on your fitness journey, her sessions are always jam packed full of energy and great music!

GAIA

Gaia, a dance and fitness enthusiast from Italy, discovered her love for movement at a young age. After traveling while gaining experience in the industry, she decided to settle in London to take her career further. Fluent in three languages (Italian, English and French), Gaia is known for her firm yet encouraging approach as a trainer, prioritizing technique and safety. Her dance classes are a total blast, keeping everyone pumped up and pushing their limits with a big smile on their faces!
