Client Reviews

‘The Classes are interesting with an ever-changing routine. Grace clearly puts a lot of effort into designing a course which is effective. I would highly recommend this course for anyone who wants to get fitter but find it difficult to achieve this on their own.‘

‘I enjoy going to the classes! They are very encouraging and motivating and it’s in a nice location. The timings suit my busy work pattern. The classes are fun but they make sure to keep us exercising correctly. The music is great too.’

The courses get harder as I get stronger, and time and time again I have been impressed with the teams level of helpfulness and their genuine hope to help their clients achieve their goals.

‘I’m not an exercise person but I like 3D Burn. It’s done wonders to keep me fit and social as someone who works from home. And it’s transformed my view of myself - whenever I do a class I feel stronger and I feel proud (and sweaty) and I genuinely miss it when I can’t go.’

‘I didn't expect that I would enjoy the course this much! It was challenging in the beginning of course, however, I continued to improve and that boosted my motivation over time. My goal was to tone up & some weight loss and I've achieved both in five weeks!’
