We offer drop in classes, suited to every level at our Canada Water Studios location. Please do book to attend, as we limit our class sizes so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

Dance Fitness : 45 min CLASS

Mondays 7.00pm - 7.45pm : £10

Dance yourself fit and happy with our drop-in dance fitness classes for a total body cardio workout. Move, groove and shake with sweat-sational blocks of dance cardio, fused with hard hitting toning exercises to really ensure you feel the burn. Easy to nail choreography to get you pumped and feeling uplifted and follow along style exercises for all levels. No prior dance experience required, so come and let your hair down with us!

What to expect: We will get you warmed up and your heart rate increased, before working though bitesize blocks of dance cardio and simple but effective toning exercises (targeting arms, core, glutes and legs), finishing with a cool down and stretch. Fun new choreography each week, don't stop til' you drop!

body conditioning : 30 MIN class

COMING BACK SOON

Turn up the heat with our quickfire drop-in body conditioning classes. Designed as a head to toe workout, targeting both major and accessory muscle groups, work through fun and functional exercises to enhance your strength, stamina, alignment, and control. Intense resistance guaranteed to deliver that muscle tingling burn! All levels welcome.

What to expect: We will get you warmed up and your heart rate increased, before hitting short blocks of work with little rest. Exercises will be simple to follow, yet effective - and the format of each session will change from week to week to keep things fresh! The session will finish with a short cool down and stretch.
