Dance yourself fit and happy with our drop-in dance fitness classes for a total body cardio workout.

Move, groove and shake with sweat-sational blocks of dance cardio, fused with hard hitting toning exercises to really ensure you feel the burn. Easy to nail choreography to get you pumped and feeling uplifted and follow along style exercises for all levels. No prior dance experience required, so come and let your hair down with us!

What to expect: We will get you warmed up and your heart rate increased, before working though bitesize blocks of dance cardio and simple but effective toning exercises (targeting arms, core, glutes and legs), finishing with a cool down and stretch. Fun new choreography each week, don't stop til' you drop!
