THE THREE DIMENSIONS OF FITNESS
Our 3D Burn course comes in 3 packages - all contain the same amount of training and attention from our team each week. However we offer the option to choose based on the length of time you you can commit and time of day you would like to attend.
We have tailored our course to offer a well rounded, complementary approach to fitness, from diet to movement. The classes are all distinct and work your body in different ways.
Each package includes:
A personal nutrition consultation.
3 classes per week.
Constant support.
An end of course review.
We have 2 instructors for each class, and we only accept a limited number of members per course - keeping our clientele the same throughout the 8 weeks, only opening up to new member at the start of each new course. This creates a consistent, friendly, supportive atmosphere within our group where our members can be comfortable and are part of a very small, special group!

Spark : 4 Weeks : £180
This course is short and punchy but can deliver that boost you require to change your lifestyle for the better.
Flame : 6 Weeks : £240
This course has the added length of 2 weeks and will give great results! It takes time but physical transformations can change your life.
Fire : 8 Weeks : £290
Our most popular course, 8 weeks of training, support, hard work and fun.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?
3D CIRCUITs
1 hour
Our circuit training class to build stamina.
Our Circuits class contains 3 sets of circuits with 8 exercises on each circuit. Each circuit is curated to work on body strength, cardio and core. We also end the class with a class finisher which changes every course. We start with an intensive warm up to ensure your body is ready, and we end each class with a full body stretch.
3D Flex
1 hour
Our major toning and hot stretching class.
Our Flex class stays the same throughout the course. We work on core, arms and legs working the major muscle groups. We include a challenge and class finisher. We then end the class with a long hot stretch to increase flexibility, improve tone and to ensure your muscles are recovering well.
3D TABATA
30 mins
Our hard hitting class for maximum fat burn.
Our 3D Tabata class is a form of HIIT (High intensity interval training). The class consists of 20 seconds of high intensity exercise, with 10 seconds rest between each exercise. We repeat 2 exercises 4 times, across 4 different sets. It’s hard. It’s fast. The best part - the fat burning effects last up to an hour and a half after class.
Nutrition
Consultation
Nutritional support for fitness goals.
We organise a 45min personalised nutritional consultation at the start of each course for you to understand how fitness and food work together for overall health. The aim is to understand your goals, your current diet, and advise how to best adapt your habits to achieve your goals.
